2.arthritis 3.Going off sex 4.Not liking what you see in the mirror

The fact that you still have as much stiffness as you had when you were twenty, but it's all in different places now :(:mad::confused::help:

If genetics is anything to go by, becoming my grandad. He retired and gave up on life :(

Yep, no fun geting old...your kids trust you all their lives, when you get old you have to trust them.
