Why can't people list things correctly on the forum, even on property websites for that matter.

 

A room in a shared house for £x is a room in a shared house for £x.

 

Not a Y bedroom house for £x that turns out to be a shared room in that house.

It's not difficult to put the words "Room in" in the title and the description.
