Yea its important never done us any harm. It helps if you dont sell them as soon as there any good otherwise there is no real benefit especially if the money is not re-invested in the team. Thats the best thing about lower leagues bringing through youth talent in first team football is important because they dont really get a chance in the premier league with the standard being so high.
