I recently posted on "Going out in Sheffield" section & having had no response think I should probably have posted here. Does anyone have details for a baker/cake maker who can do a large Gluten Free Birthday Cake for a 30th later this year? Many thanks.

Found this link from the delicious magazine's website today and they seem to get good reviews if you'd rather not bake it yourself, not sure how they deliver cakes but might be something to contact them about?

I made a fab gluten free cake http://vegboxchronicles.wordpress.com/2011/01/31/chocolate-chickpea-cake/ and some lushious gluteen free chocolate and beetroot brownies to (recipe up soon) very easy to do and I think will improve with jam and cream
