They were all shot ISO 100 or 200, F8 - F11, in bulb mode on tripod with a cable release.  Exposure time varied as I was experimenting each time. I also dropped a dark coloured hat over the lens between bursts with some shots whilst the shutter was still open which meant I could get multiple bursts in the one shot.  You can see more here.  This one used the hat technique as well as zooming in and out whilst the shutter was open.
