GillyFitness   10 #530 Posted August 9, 2012 Hi, Have you tried a regular Zumba class, loved the music and party atmosphere but found it abit to fast or jumpy? If so, there's no need to miss the party - ZUMBA GOLD could be the answer.  ZUMBA GOLD is a slower paced, low impact class with all the fun of of a basic Zumba class and of course, great music!  It's a great class for beginners to fitness and/or Zumba, active older adults or if you just prefer a slower paced class.  My friendly community class runs -  MONDAY'S 10am - 11am - OUGHTIBRIDGE PARISH CENTRE  All welcome! Wear supportive trainers and bring some water to drink.
 Share this content via...

I do Tuesday's 11:00-11:45 at Wisewood Sports Centre and they are starting a new class on a Friday at 10:15 from 22nd September with the same instructor so I'm thinking of going to that too. It only costs £3 and it's good fun. I think they run classes in an evening with a different instructor.
 Share this content via...
