does any one know were i can do zumba classes in hillsborough or southey area and do you know how much it is please and is it any good to lose weight with

 

Not quite Southey, but a bit further down the road in Parson Cross there are sessions on Mondays from 12:15 to 1:15 and then on Fridays from 11:00 to 12:00. The cost is £2.00 per session and people say it's a great way to get fit. All ages, sizes, abilities attend and love it!

Monday Evenings 6.00 - 7.00 at the Millennium Hall (polish club) opposite Nonnas.

 

£4 per class no need to book just turn up!

You'll be absolutely fine its a simple routine thats easy to follow. You'll have great fun!

Thank you for your input. :thumbsup: It doesn't say Todwick on the website, but it should do. :mad:

 

It is in Todwick in the village hall at 9.30 till 10.30 each Saturday and costs £4.50 a session.

me and my mum are wanting to start zumba classes and want to start the one on wadsley bridge on tuesday nights

 

does anyone have any info on this? is she good? how much is it per session? what time it starts? and if you can just turn up or you have to book in? etc

Zumba classes at Wadsley Bridge Wmc on Tuesdays with Jenny starting at 7.00

Zumba on Thursdays with Ivan starting at 7.00 followed by Salsa lessons

 

does anyone know how much the sessions are?

and if you have to book?
