neeeeeeeeeek   10 #2 Posted December 31, 2010 Are you plugging it in using the composite cables ( red white and yellow) If so get a scart adaptor from game (£2.99) and plug it into the scart socket.
 Share this content via...
fox20thc   10 #3 Posted December 31, 2010 Unplug the scart leads and reconnect again - this happened to us and that solved it.
 Share this content via...
neeeeeeeeeek   10 #4 Posted December 31, 2010 It's one of these you need http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41iVXB5-W8L.jpg  They are a tenner in Malpins or £2.99 in Game.
 Share this content via...
the_rudeboy   12 #5 Posted December 31, 2010 The black and white picture might be caused by having the Wii settings output at PAL 60Hz and the TV input at PAL 50Hz or vice versa.
 Share this content via...
neeeeeeeeeek   10 #6 Posted December 31, 2010 I had this issue 3 days ago. Using the Video cable (Yellow one) it made no difference how the Wii was configured, the only way I could get it to work was to connect it via the scart socket with one of those adaptors. SnailyBoy   10 #7 Posted December 31, 2010 If your TV has component sockets you might want to consider getting one of these.  http://www.amazon.co.uk/COMPONENT-VIDEO-CABLE-NINTENDO-WII/dp/B000NUR582  You'll get a better resolution from your Wii.
