fished this a couple of times in the last couple of weeks, top pond fish a chuck

with Ide up to 3lb plus. top 3 or across either chopped worm and caster or just

maggot found maggot on top 3 produced better ide but need plenty of maggots

bottom pond swimstim paste at 6/8 metres producing carp every put in with odd Ide

nothing big carp to 12oz but every cast makes it worthwhile, plus owner is a nice

chap, who is willing to help you out,and no he does not sponser us LOL

depth on top pond we had maybe 2 foot pegs 7 and 8 i think to edge of island bottom

pond corner furthest away from path 3/4 foot it slopes gradually found that the

softer the paste the quicker the bites

Does this place tend to get full quickly, doesnt seem too big?

And can anyone turn up or do you need a season ticket or anything?

Its a day ticket water, just sit down and they come for your money (£5) its gets quite busy when weather is good (warm) but if you get there for about 6.30/7am its always ok, i have known top pond full by 10am but its mainly the top pond that gets busy.

crackin little place with plenty of fish. good luck.

If your the first one there you have to open the gates and if your the last one to leave at night close them too. Cracking little venue and everytime i have been i never blanked.
