rubydazzler   11 #38 Posted December 7, 2010 I watched some of this due to being alerted by an FB status. Wasn't the original episode brill? Fantastic social observation, dialogue, acting, casting ... I was wallowing in black and white nostalgia.  Then the 'now' part came on ... ludicruous is hardly the word. How many more different scenarios could they have crammed into 30 minutes? I half expected John Nettles to turn up as the investigating officer.  Although it was mildly amusing, I won't be watching tonight.
