satman2222 Â Â 10 #61 Posted February 12, 2011 Some time ago all the vehicles on our road that were parked with one wheel on the grass (yes on the grass) received warning tickets from the police, it is, according to our local police officers, this was at the chief constables say so, that people are allowed to park partialy blocking the pavement as long as a pushchair/wheelchait can get through. Â Parson Cross Road at Wadsley - the most parked up road in the northern hemisphere! If they didn't park on the pavement you just wouldn't get down the road! Â Â Â .
