The Harlequin and the Rutland Arms are my favorites. The Harlequin does great Sunday Lunch too

Rising Sun by a mile-13 real ales most of which change weekly-and it tells u exactly what flavour/colour etc each ale is on the pump.Pity about the jolly landlord and staff though...

Rutland Arms is CAMRA pub of the month for January!

 

Popped in yesterday for first time. Nice beer, staff ok, kooky with the best chip butty! :love:

Try seeking out Bradfield Farmer's Bitter if you like that sort of beer. :)

Other places might beat them for ambience, comfort, clientele or selection but purely from the quality of beer it’s the Hillsborough Hotel, Bath Hotel, Gardeners Rest & Wellington.
