JFKvsNixon   11 #13 Posted December 2, 2010 Things may be going England's way. The recent WikiLeaks sensation has revealed that the USA consider Russia to be a virtual mafia state in which $300 billion are paid a year in bribes.  With these allegations coming hours before Putin was due to address Fifa's executive committee in Zurich in support of Russia's bid to host the 2018 World Cup. Putin last night abruptly cancelled his trip, complaining of a smear campaign to "discredit" Fifa members. Click here for more.  Is this game on? taxman   12 #14 Posted December 2, 2010 Certainly getting positive vibes from the people out there. I still think it's pretty distasteful to see our representatives pimping themselves to that bunch of crooked spivs.
 Share this content via...

taxman   12 #17 Posted December 2, 2010 Any chance we had disappeared with those idiots at the Birmingham v Villa match.  Not on the same scale as what goes on in Russia. Plus, if overt racism was a factor then Spain wouldn't stand a chance either.
 Share this content via...

SHY TED Â Â 10 #24 Posted December 2, 2010 The decision appears to be delayed. I think the officials might be holding out for larger bribes.
 Share this content via...
