That looks ok. The hosts file hijacks show up in that one but I had OTL reset it with the script I gave you.

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\Hosts moved successfully.

HOSTS file reset successfully

From attach.txt

Mozilla Firefox (3.6.6)
Older versions may have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system

http://www.mozilla.org/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox36.html

The latest version is 3.6.12

Open Firefox go to help > check for updates and click to update it.

As I said earlier it's just as important to keep programs updated.

After that, if your having no more problems I think we're finished - well done! :)

One last thing Panther Rose whilst I remember. Java has released a new version today. This was the false positive Malwarebytes wrongly detected.

Java is sometimes updated in order to eliminate the exploitation of vulnerabilities in an existing version by malware. For this reason, it's important that you keep the program up to date. The type of malware you had is known to exploit java to install itself. (in your case a Fake antivirus called "Smart Engine")

Download this file and save it to your desktop.

Right click on the downloaded file (jre-6u23-windows-i586.exe) and choose Run as Administrator. Follow the prompts to install the latest Java.

Then you are done!
