FA may block Manderic move.

Recommended Posts

I was reading an article where some owls fans with shares actually think they will still be worth something.

Manderic is having 100% lads and what you have is not worth the papaer it is written on.

Wednesday don't owe anything .

Deffered payment of debts only to be paid if you return to the prem.

You go on about what United owe the man who owns them.

Manderic owns your lot lock stock and barrel so no you don't owe anything, you don't have anything Manderic does, the same as Blades with McCabe.

Keep kidding yourselves he's doing it for love and not profit?.

But as it stands at this moment in time, you still owe the bank, which the remaining £12m Tevez money is going to be used to pay, and you owe in loans to McCabe. We only owe former loan note holders at a write down of the original value.

No comparison.

I think most (wise) people realise this, and so it should be.

Do you hope new players will be bought?.

Do you hope forground improvements?

Etc etc .

You are at the start of a new Manderic business venture, every penny spent will be owed to him. If any and he did take Leicester straight down first.

Granted it is gonna be interesting but he is not the promissed land and even you lot must realise that.

What owls must be hoping for is he improves on field play which is all real fans care about.

:hihi::hihi: Since when? And taking no action is what Wednesday did! Not the right way to go about...you cant take it on the chin, you have to deal with it!

Wednesday have had the debt for years and years...United a new into this and the wind up orders, charity etc could be coming...depends what ACTION they do take!

Typical, some Blades really are thick.

The Co-Op right off the £17 million, what's their reasoning behind this?

1. They've had ten years of interest payment of around £500,000 a year so that's approx £5 million in interest they've had back.

2. If SWFC went into administration who would come off worse? The bank would lose a bit more but local business including SCH would totally lose out on any monies owed from shirt sales. Maybe this is one of the reasons the ethical bank decided to cut their losses?

3. The bank knew when lending to football clubs that it was 'bad debt' and probably wrote it off the moment it was borrowed hence the high interest repayments.

4. We were the final major football connection the Co-Op had and they wanted out ASAP and had enough. They previously lent to about seven other clubs including Coventry and Derby who had takeovers and debt most probably written off.

For Blades to say "It's Cheating", "Unethical" blah blah blah they just have to look in their closet and find a few skeletons from the past (Brearley, Hinchcliffe and Woolhouse). All local businesses are going to be paid, the Council tax, VAT and Income tax paid all of which suziesue pays towards those important operations you waffle on about!

Look get over yourselves. The reason your all bleating about this is the fact you want to forget about the dire state your own club is in. Two points of relegation, £18 million loss oh and no more Hotel or Chinese football!!

Appreciate the concerns but come to the realization that your 'gloriously successful' 10 years as top Sheffield team is about to come to an end.

im under no illusions mate, i know as soon as he can make a tidy profit off SWFC he will and move onto the next target, but he always leaves clubs on a way better footing than when he found them.

apparently 43.6% of private share holders have agreed to the takeover upto now, i reckon the other 6.4% are either in the attick gathering dust or abroad where it takes longer to reply. Does majority rule in this situation, i think so

That's all just finger in the air guesswork.

He'll spend his money, and no doubt he'll make us a success and sell us. And IMO he'll make his money on the sale of the club, not on loans to the club. And no doubt when a new owner takes over in a few years we'll still be debt free.

accept it?

Hardly.

You are increasingly more bitter in each post. I really can't wait until the end of the season when you have to cut your wage bill further.

You forget, we never had the luxury of parachute payments or ill gotten gains from an incident with Tevez. That amounts to a lot of money that would have seen us with no debt over the last few years. Now what have you done with that money? THAT is mismanagement.

We've serviced our debt for so long that the bank are more then happy with their exit stratedgy. It was their plan in the main.

I think most Wednesdayites know what we are in store with Milan. He's a businessman who has just bought a big club on the cheap and wants a return on that investment. Thing is for that to happen we have to be successful which means when he does eventually sell us off, which he will, I guarantee we will be in a better position than we are now.

We'll be happy and Milan will make another tasty profit and move onto another club. Who knows he could use the profit made from selling us to some Asian consortium to buy into another struggling Sheffield club in 5 years time :D

And look at what they achieved in those 10 years? One year in the Premier League :hihi:

Oh the times they are a changin!
