Outdoor PE in cold weather

you don't think weather conditions affect levels of 'fun' or 'enjoyment' ... ?

I think that it doesn't say that in either of the links...

You claimed

"(that we way we 'teach' PE in school, is often teaching kids that exercise is something to be avoided)"

Then provided two links to back up that statement.  Neither of the links actually support that statement though, so it's back to just being a thing you've claimed.

So this

"So, i've come to this conclusion, by reading the evidence - i know, it's a crazy way to approach life."

Was a fib wasn't it, or an exaggeration.  You've reached a conclusion through supposition, and then when I challenged it you did a google to get some supporting evidence (fair, I do that), but you didn't read what you were linking to, and they don't actually support the specific statements you've made.

So I guess we go back to my question

"Are you blaming the state of the nations health entirely on your perception of PE?"

And I think that the answer is yes.  You're blaming PE for something that there's no clear evidence to support, based on your own perceptions of PE.  No corroborating evidence that PE is putting people off exercise, nor does it appear that PE is the root cause of the epidemic of laziness in the country.
