No Santa at city Christmas Lights switch on

Went to see lights being switched on at barkers pool. Hundreds of children there but no santa on stage! Dropped ball me thinks!

There was a santa on the Town Hall balcony with the pantomime cast and Lord Mayor(where they switch on at the same time as the stage at Barkers Pool) and also one on the Moor with the raindeers.
