There are natural ways to increase the metabolic rate of your body (the rate at which your body processes and breaks down fats) speeding up your metabolism makes your body burn fat quicker. The easiest way to speed up the meatabolic rate is actually by eating more meals, not more food just more meals, ie the same amount of food just in 4 or 5 meals a day. This way you can stick to a calorie plan and speed up the metabolism which will help burn fat quicker and will assist in any weight loss goals.
