Do you remember the rag man, and other street traders from the 60's and 70'

My uncle was a ragman , amongst other thing's , he often "Tatted" for Collins ,who had a few yards , sometimes with an horse and cart but often with a hand cart , he used to walk all over the city pushing an overloaded barrow , it never entered his head to get a real job . His family lived on Snig Hill in the 50's and then moved onto the Wybourn in the 60's . A real character was Fred Ward , late of Maltraver's Crescent .

hi phil the man came around the arbouthorne in the 50s 60s I think he was a relation to us by the way happy new year
