Do you want to learn new techniques that will elevate your cooking to a higher standard? The advanced cook alongs are a chance for you to learn the secrets behind some of the more complex dishes you might only get to try if you go to a good restaurant.

£10 (includes a 3 course meal and professional cooking lesson)

May 3rd – Chicken

Chicken liver parfait, onion marmalade, toast.

Blend cook alongs are fun, informal cooking classes for people of all ages and cooking abilities. This thursday we have Moroccan themed cook along, using authentic, simple Moroccan recipes.
