Wanadoo wireless and talk anyone?

Anyone using this broadband service? I cant get it to work at all.......wireless bit fine but no internet signal detected. Have to plug in the old Speedtouch ASADL modem to get on the net.....so why wont the new one work? Been trying it all day and still it wont find any ASDL signal...checked everything and every setting and restarted, re-installed, uninstalled, etc. It finds my laptop on wireless no problem but cant seem to detect the broadband.

 

Wanadoo just play horrible music loops at me down the phone line and put me on hold for 4 light years.....BT say there is no fault.......FED UP AND WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANY MORE MUSIC LOOPS AND PRESS 2 FOR TECH SUPPORT OPTIONS.......
