I doubt you will get a pedigree for that price. So it will probably be a cross breed.

What breeds have you been looking at?

There are alot of small breed dogs, all very different.

Would you want a dog like a Lhasa Apso, Shihtzu, Bichon Frise? Where you have to have them groomed every 6 weeks.

Or would you like something like a jack russel which is lower maintenance.

Have you seen the gorgeous Dachshund that Pets@home has in for adoption?

They are my 2 monsters :)

Try pounds but they don't usually have many small breeds in.

Such a shame you missed Rosie. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Netherlands-Boarding-Rescue-Kennels/418142460136 If I didn't have my 2 I would have had her straight away.

Your Lhasa looks like butter wouldn't melt :hihi:

Haha believe me the butter does melt :D

She finds it amusing to sit in the shoe cupboard deciding which shoe is going to be her next victim :hihi:

There a few there that are within your price range and are cuties.

You will struggle to find a mix breed for £200-£250 now as people charge near pedigree prices for them.
