student78 Â Â 10 #1 Posted September 28, 2010 After my last post (and thanks to the advice of forum members) I've checked out the pet shop on Holme lane and stocked up on frozen meat etc to start my mutt on a BARF diet. Â Now this may seem like a really stupid question but can I confirm that after when the minced meat/bone has defrosted I give it to my dog raw? My instinct says I should cook it first so your clarification at this point is appreciated. Â Â thanks
 Share this content via...
bogwoppit   10 #2 Posted September 28, 2010 yep feed it raw, straight from the packet. Cooking would sort of defeat the point and be pretty horrible particularly with the tripe:gag:
 Share this content via...
Evei   10 #3 Posted September 28, 2010 Yes, keep everything raw. I don't think your neighbours would be very happy if you cooked the stuff (nor the dog )  If the dog gets dodgy tum for a few days just stick with it, it should sort it self out within a week.
