41 bus route changes for next week

Does anyone know where I can catch the 41 bus on or near Birley Spa Lane while the road works are taking place next week?

Or failing that does anyone have a link to information?

41, from c/peaks to town turning left at spar lane shops to the end turning right at post office up to birley lane lights turning right then as normal.
