Can us catholics have the cathedral back??

Recommended Posts

"The (Shrewsbury) Chapel remained a Roman Catholic chapel in an Anglican setting until 1933, when it was presented to the Cathedral by the Duke of Norfolk for ‘the use of the parishioners’."

Is it not bad manners to ask for a present back?

nothing whatsoever is wrong with it, but since we bought the other one aswell and it was stolen during the reformation i think it would be a nice gesture by the lutherans

I assume you have the original bill of sale and a receipt?

As a matter of interest, who did you buy it off? It wasnt some shady character down Fargate with knock off Eiffel Towers and Statue of Libertys was it?
