Tickets on sale via the Sheffield o2 Academy box office and the o2 Academy Sheffield website (http://www.o2academysheffield.co.uk/event/19966/music-beats-cancer-tickets) Band Info: Elephant Keys.. http://www.myspace.com/elephantkeys Elephant Keys, Sheffield based 3 piece rock band formed in 2009. Fresh with a bag of tunes that’ll blow your mind and burst your ear drums! Like the Elephant itself, these boys deliver a sound that is thunderous, forceful, powerful and unstoppable. The addictive melodies and heart stopping, head turning show will by far outlast the hangover of the gig. Tearing up and sticking to the walls of hot sweaty rooms, fighting for every breath with the crowd. Breaking beats tighter than drain pipes, dance floor fillers bang after bang. Now with Sheffield firmly on side Elephant Keys proceed to stampede across the UK. The Tivoli.. http://www.myspace.com/thetivolimusic The Tivoli’s creativity is countered with their finger firmly on the pulse of the contemporary music scene, and the indie-centric sound does not fall victim to the category befitting masses as they hold an unequivocal edge to their music, they are one of biggest sounding bands coming out of Sheffield at the moment, on the back of a string of sell out shows, their set is not to be missed, big things are expected from these lads in 2011 Driftrun.. http://www.myspace.com/driftrunband After 3 years of crafting their sound Driftrun are one of the most prominent names around on the Sheffield scene now. If you like your music with catchy melodies, infectious riffs and an upbeat sound that makes you want to throw yourself around, then its definately worth checking Driftrun out before they hit the big time.
