it says choose an operating system to start, or press TABkey to select a tool:

to specify an advanced option for this choice, press F8 given me a headache

pressing tab gives you the extra option of F8

ok done that its brought up phoenix securecore setup utility

its also got another model name of Hitachi then some numbers at the side but not sure if i can put them on here

F12 boot menu disabled
