nerosun   10 #2 Posted September 1, 2010 Heard it`s owned by the same people who have got the Dilshad, if so won`t be getting me in there, every meal tastes the same. If you want a proper curry in that area, there`s only one place "Kashmiri Aroma", all others a waste of money.
 Share this content via...

Complained about the food and the waiter was a bit rude, but the manager knocked a third off the bill, plus gave us discount cards. (dated to run out 2 days after)  Couldn't finish the meal, plus all 4 of us were ill the day after. Not a enjoyable meal at all, sorry but won't be going back. Curry-Expert   10 #9 Posted September 16, 2010 I have visited the Dilshad on a number of occasions. As my user name suggests, I am a keen lover of Curry. I and my partner also visit other restaurants around Sheffield and surrounding areas including Kashmiri Aroma. In all honesty I would rate the Dilshad as the highest because it is a small well maintained family business with outstanding quality of food and customer service. The staffs go that little extra and are helpful in making recommendations to suit individual taste buds, as my partner has specific dietary requirements. Lovely Kingfisher draft also....  I visited the Kashmiri Aroma based on a recommendation from a friend, I found the food to be of a commercial style and full of salt and the staff were not as helpful or welcoming. I would suggest that I have had a better microwaveable curry meal from Tesco, compared to the one I had at the Kashmiri Aroma.  Keep it up Dilshad you get 10/10 from me and my wife, would recommend the Dilshad anytime and look forward to the new Viraaj opening. Fantastic boom for Woodseats, maybe the new Ekky Road?? But value for money also......
 Share this content via...
