Sound Studio's Cleaning Recordings

Good afternoon all

I was wondering if anyone knows of a sound studio or someone that is good at cleaning up recordings

I have a mp3 file that is a conversation, however it also has a lot of air noise and other interferance, crackles and pops on the record and I would like this cleaning up

Does anyone know of anywher or anyone that does this?

You would probably be better off re-recording to a higher quality format using better equipment, and then trying to suppress some of the noise.

 

If you have the original vinyl disk, I could sample to a 24bit .wav file and clean up noise artifacts to a certain extent (you can't polish a turd;-). Then dither to 16 bit and burn onto a cd. (or high bit rate mp3 file if need be).
