Me and Mr G went last Friday for the Caribbean night and we loved it!!The atmosphere was very welcoming and cosy, and Shaun himself was really friendly. I had ox tail ,Mr G had mutton and our plates were licked clean!. the only complaint( though not much of one) was the lack of desserts . There were no dessert dishes as such so we had to "make do" with slices of homemade cakes. Yummmy they were too but needed cream or ice cream too. We will deffo be going back again.

That's a good review

 

It is great to have somewhere which is nice for lunch instead of having to trek elsewhere. We visited a couple of times in the school holidays with the dog on the way back home from the park and sat outside in the sun to have something to eat. Would recommend if you are visiting Meersbrook park or up that way, even if it just for coffee and cake

 

Have yet to try one of the bistro evenings and will have to go for breakfast one morning as they look good

Nipped in friday, had a takeaway of mutton curry rice and peas, i did want a chicken curry as well but on opening them up at home i had been given two mutton currys, but it was gorgeous and deff will go back soon.
