Saw it tonight, thought it was great but marginally preferred the first one.

hmmm i struggling to get excited about it

 

i thought the first film was a bit of a let down (probably because i enjoyed the book soooooo much)....but ill probably stilll try to go and see it nonetheless.

Not as involved as the book, it cuts out vast chunks of the behind the scenes political stuff and the establishment cover up plus it doesn't touch on the corruption and sexism within the investigating police team.

 

I preferred the first film to the second film and the second book to the first book if you know what I mean.

 

The third film is due out Nov 26
