It's finally opened!! Feet Treat on Woodseats is open for foot pampering,

 

I'm going tomorrow, so I'll report back on the experience. Those poor little fish! Fancy having to suck my toes ...!

I think it's ten pounds for 15 minutes, but you can have longer if you want.

 

I've had my hand in the water just to try, and it's a little bit ticklish, so expecting a bit of wriggling and giggling when I get my whole foot in there!

It's much cheaper than a pedicure, but no leg massage ... booo!

 

I'm still giggling at your thinking I was having feet-eating fish in my place. I could have a tank behind the counter and stand in it all day! I'd have the slimmest feet in Sheffield

Fish not he same, importing the fish from Pakistan or Turkey has no consistancy, you might get fish anywhere between 1cm and 5cm.

 

Fish under 3cm do nothing more than tickle.

 

Quality of fish tanks and filtration is very different some shops:-

have no pre-wash for feet

allow feet to touch the gravel in the tank (think veruka etc.)

do not have clean water filtration

do not heat the water to the fish friendly temprature

 

Shome shops provide

free drinks

foot massage

polite and helpful staff

 

Can we have some input from people who have been to all three shops?
