Loft Conversion Quotes needed please

We're having plans drawn up for a loft conversion to our 3 bed semi in Crosspool and are now looking for quotes or recommendations of builders to do the conversion. The plans, which will be ready for looking at next week, include lifting the roof, building up the gable end, constructing a dormer - to create a bedroom, possibly with ensuite if we can afford it.

 

We have quite a tight time scale as I'm expecting a baby on 9th November so are keen that all the work is completed before then. Obviously planning permission with take 6-8 weeks.

 

Any recommendations or numbers of people who might quote would be greatly appreciated.
