Step 1.

Run HijackThis
Click on the do a system scan only button
Put a check beside the 3 items listed below (if present):

Return to OTM, right click in the "Paste instructions for Items to be moved" area of the OTM window (under the yellow bar) and choose Paste.
Push the large MoveIt! button.
OTM may ask to reboot the machine. Please do so if asked.

Step 3. (after OTM has rebooted your pc)

Open Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Select the Update tab
Click Check for Updates
After the update have been completed, Select the Scanner tab.
Select Perform Quick scan, then click on Scan
When done, you will be prompted. Click OK. If Items are found, then click on Show Results
Check all items then click on Remove Selected
After it has removed the items, Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply.

1. C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt
2. Or via the Logs tab when the application is started.

Note: MBAM may ask to reboot your computer so it can continue with the removal process, please do so immediately.

Failure to reboot will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.

Step 4.

Go to > VirusTotal <

c:\windows\system32\userinit.exe
Copy/Paste the file above into the white Upload a file box.
Click Send File, and the file will upload where it will be scanned by several anti-virus programs.
If you receive a message stating:
- File has already been analyzed > click Reanalyze file Now.
[*]After a while, a window will open, with details of what the scan found.

[*]Hightlight & Copy the link to the results page in your browsers address bar and paste it in your next reply.
