Hi All,

 

Core Fitness and Health are pleased to announce Boxing Classess and Personal Fitness Coaching in Sheffield and Rotherham.

 

Jamie Kennedy (Professional Coach) and his team are available 7 days a week for boxing classes, private classes and personal fitness and lifestyle coaching.

 

Jamie and his team have recently turned pro/am and already have started making waves in the professional circuit with up and coming boxers Chad Gaynor 3-0 (boxing skysports this weekend) and Navid Mansouri 3-0 boxing again this weekend as well as Martin Shaw recently winning his debut, plus a team of successful amateurs with National Honours to their name.

 

Core Fitness and Health is not all about boxing but a lifestyle choice and gives advice on all areas of health and overall fitness.

We run classes at the 393 club in sheffield on langsett road and at the millennium gym in rotherham town centre we are also looking at other venues across the distrcits

 

Mon 7.30 - 8.45 Sheffield

Tue 6.30 - 8.00 Rotherham

Wed 7.00 - 8.30 Sheffield

Thur 6.30 - 8.00 Rotherham

Fri 6.00 - 7.15 Sheffield

One to one sessions are £20 per hour but well worth it

Do you run just a male boxercise session/circuit. For people, who just want to keep fit. I don't box and would seem out of place with pro/amateur boxers. So looking for something for just the ordinary folk.
