One of them stands at the door, the rest try and either force their way past him or they try to escape :hihi:

i personally have been training at knox boxing gym for two years on and off and always found the trainers and the other people who train there really friendly and welcoming (i've also lost over 2 stone while training aswell as becoming alot more confident) i only train for fitness and have no intention of ever competing

admitedly your pushed hard but i believe this is one of the reasons i have lost the weight and also kept it off.

i would encourage any one male or female to come down if you want to get fit and also lose weight

in my opinion one of the best gyms in sheffield

A lot of university students, doctors , teachers and other well educated "academic" types train there purely for the fitness aspect.

I'm a doctor and I spar full contact. Does that make me uneducated?

Also, who takes the MMA class?

i go to knox gym , everyone that goes there is hard working and are there for a reason and the staff are very friendly .Its well out of order for someone thts not been to the gym or had any experience with the gym to give negative feedback . Well out of order
