Ditzy   10 #1 Posted June 9, 2010 Hi,  I'm trying to come up with a few up beat songs for a competition I'm in, and need a few ideas.  Something from a musical will be fine, mezzo soprano range, and for a female. It can be a pop song, but preferably something a bit older (pre-90's), and well known.  Thanks
 Share this content via...

Alcoblog   10 #10 Posted June 9, 2010 Here's a nice one:  And in the death as the last few corpses lay rotting on the slimy thoroughfare The shutters lifted in inches in temperence building high on Poachers hill And red mutant eyes gazed down on hunger city No more big wheels Fleas the size of rats sucked on rats the size of cats And ten thousand peoploids split into small tribes coveting the highest of the sterile skyscrapers Like packs of dogs assaulting the glass fronts of Love-me-avenue Ripping and re wrapping mink and shiny silver fox, now legwarmers Family badge of sapphire and cracked emerald Any day now!  Nice upbeat little ditty eh? ...should go down well
 Share this content via...
