No insurance could mean a hefty compensation claim is someone is injured.  Read the small print.....the liability should be theres. If they have a disclaimer pointing the finger at you, forget it. bus man   10 #5 Posted May 19, 2010 (edited) The cost of hireing a bouncy castle is now huge due to the large amount of "no win no fee claims" against operators. As the poster said above make sure they are insured.  I would have thought that you may have problems getting one at this short notice.
