'Back to Sport' sessions

Hi all,

 

Just to let you know, there are three new 'Back to Sport' sessions running in the South West of Sheffield through Activity Sheffield.

 

The sessions are as follows:

 

Monday's - 6.30pm-8pm

 

Mixed Badminton session, turn up and play session for adults (45+)

Silverdale School Sports Hall

Cost; £2

Start 24th May (no Bank holiday session)

 

Tuesday's - 6.30pm-8pm - Aimed at 45+ Males

 

Indoor Football, Basketball, Cricket. Turn up and play session for adults (45+)

Silverdale School Sports Hall

Start 18th May

 

Friday's - 6pm-7pm - Aimed at 45+ Females

 

Netball/Badminton

King Ecgbert School Sports Hall

Cost; £2

Start 21st May

 

All are welcome, to get back into sport if you have not taken part in a while, or even if you just want to take part with your friends (as well as making new friends).

 

Just turn up on the night.

 

p.s for the next two weeks the King Ecgbert sessions will be moved around the school (possibly outside) due to the sports hall being used for exams.
