UncleHuck   10 #150 Posted January 14, 2013 Thanks for your message. I'm sorted now thanks, the blocked drain took the toilet out of action as it was in the soil stack, so I called a drain company out in the end to come and sort it yesterday afternoon.  I'll keep hold of your details though and will get in touch if I have a problem in the future.  Thanks for getting back to me. kayy   10 #155 Posted March 14, 2013 Sent you a pm  Hi Rocky1,   I am currently in the process of buying a house. Got the survey results back and it says this:  There is a single chamber near the front door.... extensive roots from the privet were apparent... a drains inspector should clear the drain and carry out a cctv inspection to determine if any further repairs are required.  Would you be able to PM your details if you could go to the property and have a look to give me a quote? I spoke to the surveyor and he did say there is extensive growth in there so it defiantly does need something doing.  Many thanks
 Share this content via...
