My friend has started doing it since Racquets shut down (he's a county level player and uses his own restrung rackets so they can't be bad!).

If you'd like his details please PM me as I don't think he's sorted out a website or anything. I'll check with him if he's doing it commercially or just for our badminton club.

I have heard loads of bad stories about stringing with decathlon as well.

I have done mine through an experienced gentlement called Hedley at Hallamshire Tennis CLub.

We can help with re-stringing and have opened just 6-8 minutes away from Norton (about 12 minutes from Dore/Totley).

We're a fully-inclusive tennis shop opened off the Dronfield bypass (Sheepbridge Trading Estate). We're called Tennis Pro Store

Address is Unit 19, Duston Trading Estate, Sheepbridge, Chesterfield.

We have a great racket re-string service and all the clothes, shoes, rackets, strings, etc. you could possibly want for tennis as well. We have a big space and you can sit and have an espresso, use the Wi-fi, watch tennis matches, have a game of Wii while you wait for us to string your racket.

Give us a call on: 01246 453353

Look forward to hearing from you.

Kate
