phawley   10 #38 Posted April 8, 2010 (edited) I'm sitting here now with my phone on hands free waiting in the queue for TalkTalk second level helpline. I have been having problems with mine for about 5 weeks now and I have now decided to ditch them as they do not seem to be able to resolve my problems ............. I just had to break off as they finally answered and now I have to unplug everything, phone, router etc as they say I have a high voltage on my line and now I'm waiting to post this message due to the line being unplugged. Jane123   10 #44 Posted April 8, 2010 We had problems with talk talk so changed to Sky for TV, phone and broadband which has been excellent. For the past three months since cancellation we have received a bill from Talk Talk as follows:  "Your previous balance £0.00 Payments received £0.00 Adjustments made £0.00 Your new charges £1.25"  They keep sending a monthly paper bill to tell us we owe them nothing and charging us £1.25 for the privilege!!  We keep telling the numpties at Talk Talk to stop sending them, then yet another one comes through the letter box.
