feenyc #1 Posted March 30, 2010 If your pregnant and fancy keeping in shape I can highly recommend the exercise classes led by Kate Campbell (keepmumsfit.com). Attending Kate's classes during my pregnancy was a great way to get some exercise and meet other mums to be. It was also reassuring to know that she was a qualified midwife, just in case............. After delivery I attended her postnatal classes which were a great way to kickstart my fitness regime and motivated me to get back into shape. I have met some lovely people and plan to continue to attend her fun fitness sessions for as long as possible. Check out her website for more details.
