Help! In need of a nice and scenic venue for my parents silver wedding?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys.

Its my parents 25th annerversary this summer and I have no idea where to hold it!

I don't want to have it in a working mans club with a cheesy disco....i want somewhere with a nice outside bit and with some class and sophictication. Its such a memorable day I want them to really tresure it.

Any ideas where I could hold it? I have no idea where to start..... the only place I can think of wants a minium of £500 to hire it! :gag:

help!

Another nice place, slightly nearer to Sheffield but still with cracking views and great food. Less traditional and formal interior, but still very smart. I went to a wedding there last year - it was excellent.

Beautiful place, excellent food and not far from the delights of Chatsworth and Bakewell.

agreed we have done several weddings at hassop hall its a very nice venue & grounds.

but dont think the room hire will be cheap.
