doom bringer   10 #243 Posted March 25, 2011 reet lets look at the good points of the manor now  upside .....if you have a old bike or cooker you can put it in drve and it will be gone in seconds  downside ...... also will anything else laying around on your garden   lots of cheap booze shops . nice fresh air all be it skunky/weed smelling . free loud niche musice day or night .. no pay per view boxing live action every other day .. no need for strip clubs or a visit to west street is all on your door step .... hundreds of pet/dog lovers all be it staffys and pitbulls only .... awsome bikers meets most sundays on the local park or field tax test or insurance not needed all welcome... some nice local pubs but never open ? whats with those steel / wooden curtains some classic car collectors to chat to cortinas . up on bricks on drives and a trampoline in every garden. lots of loacl parks and play areas for kids but be warned leave fast as it gets dark and watch the pins and glass also there is a good chance some one has taken a dump on the slide to make it extra slippy.  sounds great place we should all live there .  the film {return to new york} and the berlin wall keep poping in to my head hmmmm wheres me trowel
 Share this content via...
amanda.revil   10 #244 Posted March 26, 2011 I've lived on the other side of lower Manor , near wybourn, just off manor lane for last 2 years with just me and my little un and I love it, theres never no bother, occasional off road biker lerking around, but no noise at night at all....You get good and bad EVERYWHERE nowadays, even in Mosborough where I came from
 Share this content via...

It's manor park, that was always the posh end, one of the nicest council estates in the city.
 Share this content via...
