KHAN190 Â Â 10 #1 Posted March 24, 2010 HI I HAVE A EMPTY PROPERTY IN SOUTHEY AREA OF SHEFFIELD WHICH I BOUGHT A YEAR AGO AND HAD IT JUST FULLY REFURBED WITH NEW BATHROOM AND KITCHEN. halfwaythere   10 #2 Posted March 24, 2010 Hello Khan,We renovate houses allover sheffield ,first thing we do is put an alarm system in and secure the property...its not expensive but gives you a little added security... we also leave signs saying nothing of any value anywhere on the property.upto now we have had one break in .......but this was when the house was gutted so there was nothing taken ....we also insure all properties so hope you have done the same.....also get a timer on some lights in the upstairs bedrooms/bathroom...
