The most seminal, for me, based solely on hours played, is probably F/A-18 Hornet:Korea (Graphsim, PC, mid to late 90s). I still play it now, every now and then, a decade on!

LOZ Twilight Princess was cool. Just sold it to CeX and got 24quid!! Couldn't believe it!
