moke   10 #5 Posted March 11, 2010 ha! i've really struggled to buy quail eggs in sheffield. sell the bleeders!  they make great 'mini' scotch eggs - wrap them in good sausage meat, dip them in flout, egg and breadcrumbs, then fry if you don't mid a bit of fat, or bake them if you must.  lunchboxtastic.
