Non halal curry house

Laurajill, have you considered a day out to Leicester. Belgrave road has multiple lovely restaurants run by owners of Indian origin and serve non halal food. (though most of them are vegetarian restaurants..)

ashuka is nice...my rents allways go and i've been twice. nice food

Try Nirmal's on West Street. As far as I know it's the only Hindu run Indian restaurant in Sheffield so unlikely to serve Halal slaughtered meat.

 

Oh and there's a South Indian restaurant on Abbeydale Road, Tamil I think so unlikely to be halal although possibly vegetarian.

 

You could always go to an Islamic run restaurant and order off the vegetarian menu.

It doesn't appear to promise Halal meat and so it probably isn't. It is more of a cafe-style place but the food is terrific.
