Can a citreon dealer do this with info off the log book ?  Yes the dealer can get a replacement cut/programed using your cars reg no. Also look in the Yellow pages for a QUALITY Locksmith they can also provide new keys/coding by coming to you.You'll need your LOG BOOK and probably your D/L to hand,unfortunatley both options won't be cheap.
